Took advantage of the fact that service was being done for non enhlish speaking tenants of mine and blamed them for the fact that ice maker wasnt producing ice. He took payment for the service to be done and instead pretended job was done and it never was fixed. He did the same with the toilet he charged to fix and didnt fix, but charged me anyway.

I don’t know what happened to my freezer but when i woke up everything was completely frozen.. When i called QLAMA Appliance Repair they came out literally after 4 hours of me calling (i live all the way in Winter park). When they arrived the tech quickly diagnosed what caused this mess and fixed it 2 days later.
