Andrew - Owner
Andrew founded QLAMA after years of working in appliance repair and watching how the industry operated. He built the company around the thing that frustrated him most as a technician: customers were being charged for repairs they did not understand and could not verify.
He still takes jobs himself. Not because he has to, but because staying hands-on keeps him sharp and keeps the standards high. When you call QLAMA, you are dealing with someone who has personally repaired hundreds of appliances across the Orlando area and knows exactly what good work looks like.
Field Technicians
Our field technicians are experienced in diagnosing and repairing all major appliance brands. Before joining the team, they go through a background check and are trained on current models across the brands we service. They carry the most common replacement parts on the truck, which means most repairs get done in a single visit rather than requiring a follow-up appointment.
