Called QLAMA Appliance Repair first thing Monday morning and Andrew was out to our house to diagnose what was going on with our refrigerator on the same day. He was able to return the following day with the parts needed to complete the repair. Effectively diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running again. Would not hesitate to contact QLAMA again for any future repair needs!
I reached out to QLAMA early in the day as I was made aware that my GE Cafe dishwasher was leaking at the bottom. I called and they were able to have someone come out that same evening. Amir was able to diagnose the problem and fix it all within the same appointment and at a reasonable price. As I was out of state, Amir stayed in constant contact and sent multiple photos and videos. I’d definitely recommend them again.
I called after hours and QLAMA made a next day appointment. They came out quick and found out both motherboard needed to be replaced. Price was fair and service was excellent

Someone came out the same day I called and diagnosed the problem with my Samsung front-loading washing machine in just a few minutes. Andrew was prompt and courteous. It was late on a Friday so we had to wait a couple of days for the part to come in, then he came back Monday and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. It seemed a little pricey but they offer a discount to new customers and didn't charge a credit card fee. It would have cost at least double to replace the whole washer, and it's running good as new again, so I can't complain!
