Someone came out the same day I called and diagnosed the problem with my Samsung front-loading washing machine in just a few minutes. Andrew was prompt and courteous. It was late on a Friday so we had to wait a couple of days for the part to come in, then he came back Monday and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. It seemed a little pricey but they offer a discount to new customers and didn't charge a credit card fee.
